Our guides
Our guides are the core of our business and we constantly work to expand and develop and our team of guides. We work for the long term and have gathered one of the most experienced and well trained teams in the world to ensure great all year experiences on skis, rafts and bikes.
Robin von Braun
Robin er alltid på farta. Dersom han ikke jobber med gjester er han mest sannsynlig ute og står på ski, sykler eller padler med venner eller kollegaer. Han er også glad i å gå tur, og liker å dra på ekspedisjoner på alt fra noen dager til måneder. Robin har ansvar for klatreparken i Trysil og Hemsedal samt bedriftsarrangementer.
Anna Helander
Anna er utadvendt og har et smittende smil. Som mamma til to aktive gutter blir det meste av fritiden brukt i skibakken eller sykkelparken. Anna har ansvar for HR og det sosiale hos Trysilguidene, i tillegg til at hun jobber som guide på ski, sykkel og i klatreparken.
Ellinor Håkansson
Ellinor er alltid smilende og en man lett blir glad i. Hun er alltid klar for en utfordring, særlig hvis det er snakk om konkurranse. Ellinor har ansvar for resepsjon og booking, i tillegg til at hun jobber som guide på ski, sykkel og i klatreparken.

Opportunities – We are a all year guiding company and in our organization we have certified ski & snowboard instructors, whitewater guides, bike guides & instructors and climbing park instructors. Most of our staff that work all year have at least two of these certifications. Usually you start as a ski instructor and then move on to work with us in the summer as well but there are examples of people coming the other way as well.
What we look for – We hire on personality and ambition. That means that you don’t need any certification to apply for a job with us, before you start working you need to acquire the necessary certification.
